In completing this list, some clients may require time extensions. We typically charge 35-75$ per additional hour. Recurring client's receive 1 extra hour, no charge. We'll contact on the job you to confirm the extension or completion of our services.

Start from the deepest room and work your way out.
Work high to low.
Always clean from the highest point of contact and work your way down.
Search for dust
Thoroughly search for dust in non-obvious areas within each room.
Finish Floors Last
We typically clean from room to room. Sweep and Mop after completing check list.
Check your Work.
We generally conduct a series of quality control checks to ensure quality before departing.
