We've discovered key vulnerabilities:

1. Lack of Training

Many companies provide less than 24 hours worth of training throughout an entire career. Some companies don't require training at all.

2. Lack of Vetting

Many companies have a high turnover rate. Therefore, they hire anyone that can pass a background check.

3. Lack of Creativity

Most companies provide a similar service. Current innovation is based on the cheapest price instead of the best overall experience.

4. There is no marketing power house.

Most companies have no real marketing strategy across all forms of social media.

Our mission is to accelerate innovation within the house cleaning industry. Home Team was founded in 2020 by a strong team with a dream to modernize house cleaning.

Mobile Application:

We're developing a mobile application to streamline customer service,  management, training and logistics. Our vision is to expand nation wide. We'll be the first to have the following features:

1. Ability for clients to manage multiple residences across state lines. Currently, there is no house cleaning business that allows you to manage multiple residences under a single app. Many people with 2 or more homes have to call different franchises to manage their services. Our app makes managing multiple homes seamless.

2. Ability for clients to create a detailed plan for each service.

3. Ability for clients to choose a specific list of cleaning chemicals.

4. Ability for clients to buy home products for multiple residences across state lines.

5. Ability for clients to leave notes and voice recordings.

6. Ability for client's to contact cleaners through the app.

7. Ability for client's to create a profile for each residence that includes (optional) photos, videos, and helpful information.

8. Ability for client's to view their house cleaners community profile that shows milestones, rankings, and prior customer reviews.

9. Ability for client's to view updates on ongoing complaints, .

10. Ability for client's to view their house cleaners community profile that shows milestones, rankings, and prior customer reviews.
